Terms of Service
I.H.A. Service Limited is a registered UK business with a trading name and registration number SC819980. Our products and services are not intended for individuals under 18, and we will never knowingly solicit or accept information from anyone under this age. We are committed to protecting client information, which is provided by our customer services team. These terms and conditions also explain what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it to third parties. Clients should read our terms and conditions carefully.
The core terms of service apply to all products and services sold by I.H.A. Service Limited, including that for Council Flight Delays, Tax Band Reduction, Diesel Car Emissions, and Data Removal.
Our fees cover administrative services only. These terms and conditions outline I.H.A. Service Limited current privacy policy and terms. Our Privacy Policy is on our website. We reserve the right to modify the content or services of I.H.A. Service Limited at any time without notice. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in these terms and conditions.
We cannot guarantee that our products will lead to financial compensation for you, or reduction in your financial liabilities through the relevant products or in the desired outcomes relevant to the application that we make on your behalf. Whilst we aim to provide high quality administrative services to act on your behalf in such applications.
At times, we may ask for sensitive personal data as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998. If provided, you consent to our use of such data for the specified purposes. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and will take measures to protect sensitive personal data. We will contact you via telephone or letter, using the information you provide in order to process your application.
Telephone calls may be monitored or recorded for training purposes, improving customer service, resolving issues, or preventing and detecting fraud. We are not responsible for third-party goods or services and their subsequent use of your information. Please read their terms and conditions carefully.
Our administration fee is £179. An additional £50 is charged for each additional application. Where relevant to the service we provide, successful claims made through us receive 100% of the money owed, or compensation, subject to all the criteria being met for such a successful claim.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014), online or phone sales can be fully refunded if cancelled within seven (7) working days. We offer an additional eleven(11)-day cooling-off period. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 allow fourteen( 14) days to withdraw from a 'distance' or 'off-premises' contract without a reason.
Clients should know that our services and applications are something they can do themselves for free. However, I.H.A. Service Limited offers a service to act on their behalf with a one-time administration fee and with the completion of an Authority to Act permission on their behalf. You can terminate our Authority to Act at any time, but we will not provide any information or data related to your application if you cease to use our services.
There is an 18-day cooling-off period for free cancellation. After that, a £80 administration fee applies if the full application has not been submitted. Once the full application is submitted, our services are considered complete, and no refunds will be issued unless covered by another policy.
Once we receive your signed Authority to Act document, we will conduct the necessary research and submit the administrative request. All other terms and policies remain unchanged.
Important: it is important to provide us with the correct information as prescribed in the forms we send you and which you return to us. We are not liable for any errors or omissions on your part or any consequential financial losses or otherwise and assume that in agreeing that we have the Authority To Act on your behalf for the evidence you have paid for, you have the legal permissions to do so. We do not guarantee that applications will achieve the desired results. Our role is to perform the required administrative tasks on your behalf with information that your provide.
How we use your data
We may disclose personal data as required by law, court orders, or to enforce our legal rights, operate our systems, or protect our clients and ourselves. We may also use third-party service providers for call centres or face-to-face services. If a service provider collects information directly from you, you will be notified, and any disclosures will be optional.
Legal disclosure: By using our services, you agree to the electronic collection of some of your information. This may include sensitive data if required, subject to your explicit consent, and may be transmitted to us or third parties as necessary.
You have the right to correct errors in the information we hold and to see a copy of the information about you. If your details change, please inform us to keep our records accurate. We are not responsible for issues in your application if you do not provide accurate information. More information on data protection is available on the ICO website.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at our discretion without notice. If changes are made, we will post the updated terms to your registered address, giving notice where possible.

The Data Protection Act 1998 requires us to follow strict security procedures to prevent unauthorized access to client information. We will not be liable for security breaches unless we fail to take appropriate measures. We will take steps to ensure your details remain secure. You may request I.H.A. Service Limited to stop communications, close your account, and erase your personal information.

We only handle complaints related to our company.
5. Anonymous complaints
Anonymous complaints are handled similarly, but contact details are preferred.
6. How complaints are handled
We will review your complaint, acknowledge it within five working days, and investigate it within 28 working days unless a different timeframe is agreed upon.
7. Time limits
Complaints should be registered as soon as possible after the event.
Refund Policy
There is an 18-day cooling-off period for free cancellation. After that, a £35 administration fee applies if the full application has not been submitted. Once the full application is submitted, our services are complete, and no refund is given unless covered by another policy.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel this agreement within 18 days in writing for a full refund. If significant resources have been used, we reserve the right to charge for the services provided. Refunds are processed within 5-10 working days.
If you are a Vulnerable Adult or managing the affairs of one, please refer to our Vulnerable Adult policy. We offer a full refund where the policy and services are unnecessary.
Vulnerable Adult Policy
We do not knowingly sign up vulnerable adults. If a product is sold to a vulnerable adult, we offer a full refund. Our sales staff are trained to recognize and safeguard vulnerable clients, and our practices adapt to new legal requirements. We ensure strict adherence to our policies and objectives through Quality Assurance processes.
